Your training session will be a 1-hour video call with your Onboarding Specialist, where they will cover the basics of managing your Storbie website, as well as introducing ongoing Customer Support.

As there is often a lot to cover in a short time, it can be helpful to come prepared with questions For example changes to make to your website.
Some ideas could include:
- Adding new products
- Updating the Team page with new staff members
- Changing contact details
Send Google/Gmail account details for Google Search Console
Your Onboarding Specialist will verify your website with Google Search Console once it has launched – this is a fantastic tool for in-depth website performance statistics. To see this information yourself, let us know what Google or Gmail account to add as an owner of the URL
