Welcome to Storbie!
You're website consultation is coming up soon and we can't wait to meet you. When it comes to your website consultation preparation, the physical tasks are minimal, but we recommend thinking about a few things.

Begin by envisioning the online identity of your pharmacy. Consider what sets your pharmacy apart in your community, the key services you wish to showcase, specific products or messages you want to highlight, and the distinctive customer service experience you and your team offer. These considerations lay the foundation for how we'll position your pharmacy in the digital space, shaping its identity and appeal to online visitors.

Some things we'll be needing from you soon are:

Provide business logos and branding assets
High-quality image files (JPG or PNG) are suitable for business logos. Any branding guidelines or supplementary images can also be sent.

Provide photography of the store
We recommend a selection of location and ‘action’ shots for your customers to recognise your business and team. High-quality image files (JPG or PNG) are suitable.

If photography of your store or team isn’t available, your Onboarding Specialist can use stock imagery and Storbie-created graphics.

Provide written content
Storbie has a selection of pre-written content for our professional services library, however, if your business offers additional services you will be required to provide short written paragraphs for each service. If you choose to include an About Us or Team Page on your website you will also need to  provide content for this

Connect your credit or debit card to your Storbie site
This card is where your Storbie monthly subscription plan will be charged to. Storbie does not store your card details, these are managed by our secure third-party payment gateway eWAY.

Prepare for upcoming Onboarding Sessions
After this session, your Onboarding Specialist will action tasks for the website project, including tailoring the template to your business, applying supplied content, and requesting integrations.
