All order information is stored under your Orders section in site settings. Every order has it's own page where you can see customer and delivery details. You are also able to update order payment status and delivery status from this page.
To view an order and its details:
- Go to the orders page in your Manage area. Any new, unprocessed orders will be displayed.
- It is possible to view orders by status by clicking on the Unsent, Unpaid, Paid, Ready for Pickup, Sent, Cancelled, Abandoned, and Archived options on the left.
- To view the details of an order, click on the order. You will be presented with detailed information about the order including any payments that have been made.
4. You are able to also add a Tracking ID and Tracking URL for the order on this page.
