Exporting customers for Emarketing
Exporting your customer data from your Storbie online store is a valuable strategy for eMarketing purposes. It allows you to create targeted email marketing campaigns, send newsletters, and keep your customers engaged with your brand. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to export your customer data for eMarketing in Storbie.
Before exporting customer details from your site, you first have to ensure that you have customer signup activated.
To do this, simply do the following:
Step 1: Under the manage view, select the Customers tab
Step 2: Click on "Change customer signup settings"
Step 3: To provide your customers the option to sign up to your mailing list, select one of the bottom two options, then click Finish.
Step 4: Publish to save changes
Once you've gained some customer signups, you can do the following to export their details in CSV format.
Step 1: Under the manage view, select the Customers tab
Step 2: Depending on whether you want to download all of your customers details or a select few, click one of the download options:
Step 3: Storbie will generate the export file and provide a link for you to download it. Click on the link to save the file to your computer.
Step 4: Open the exported file to review the customer data. You'll have access to their names, email addresses, and other relevant information. Use this data by importing it into your eMarketing platforms.
