Enabling Out of Office
If you are unable to process orders for a period of time, for example if you are going away on holiday, you can use the ‘out of office’ settings within your store to reflect this.
 
1. In the Manage area select the Settings Icon


2. Click on the Setting Tab



3. Click on Out of Office in the left menu



4. Select Edit out of office settings


5. Within the out of office settings, choose “We are currently away (ie. on holiday)...” and write some text to display at the top of each page if you wish. Select “Disable product purchasing in my shop…”, then click finish.

Your cart is now disabled and all products will have ‘enquire’ buttons only.

Note: You can also make all the buttons read 'enquire' by having no payment methods.
