If you are wanting to offer subscription orders on your website using Windcave Payment Gateway, you first need to reach out to our support team at support@storbie.com to have this feature enabled on your website.

1. Once added to your website, the first step is to install the application through your Apps tab: 


2. Once the app is installed, you will need to have an account with the Windacve payment gateway that supports Subscriptions.

Subscriptions with Windcave :


you will need to create a Windcave account if you haven’t already. Information on this can be found here! *you will need to follow the below steps specific for subscription payments.

1. If you have already created your Windcave account, go to Settings -> Ecommerce -> Payment Methods and enable Windcave.


2. Click Add Windcave Support and select PxPay version 2.0


3. The subscriptions tab is where you add the functionality to your website for offering subscription payments. Enter your information in here: 


 Subscriptions with Stripe: you will first need to create a Stripe account if you haven’t already, You can put in a request to us for a Stripe account registration and we will provide you with a unique Stripe account registration link. Once you have completed the account registration process, you will just need to follow the instructions provided in the support article  Adding Stripe Payment Gateway to Your Site


**It is worth noting that supported products is referring to products that can be purchased through the gateway in any manner, there is a different step to add subscription orders to products.
