How to Cancel a Booking
When a customer needs to cancel a booking due to a change in circumstance, you can cancel the booking to free up your calendar so the slot is available again for another potential customer.


1. In Manage click on your Bookings tab

2. Click on the Bookings top menu item

3. You can search for a service,  and/or search from a specific date

3. You will also be able to filter your view by service

4. Click on the service

5. Here you are able update the Booking status, to cancel select Cancelled in the Delivery Status dropdown menu.

6. Click Save


7. This booking will now show as cancelled and the calendar slot become available
