When setting up Bookings the first thing you will need to do is define an Availability Profile. This is where you define the availability your resources are able to be booked within. Once you have created the Availability Profile, you will assign it to a calendar of one or more resources. An Availability Profile can often be your businesses opening hours. 

Once you have created the Availability Profile, you will assign it to the calendar of one or more resources. In most cases you can set the availability profile to mirror your business hours, as down the track you can also set active hours for specific resources (such as a staff member, a consult room, or certain equipment).

1. In the Manage area, click on the Bookings tab

2.Go to the Availability Profiles menu item

3. Click Create a new Availability Profile

4. Add the Name of the resource

5. Click to add available days

6. Add the specific times this resource is available

7. Add any exemptions to availability, such as a public holiday

8. Click Finish

9. Publish Changes to Save
