Storbie shops can be administrated and managed by more than one user. There are two types of users: administrators and owners. A shop can have many administrators but only one owner.

Owners and administrators are identical except for the following:

1. The owner is responsible for ensuring that the shop's fees are paid.
2. Only the owner can see the shop's account area which is used to manage any monthly payments to Storbie as well as view any balance owing.
3. Only the owner can shut a shop down.
